McCullough, MAI CPA MBA ASA SCGREA CTA gained his experience as an accountant with a local medium-sized accounting firm specializing in tax preparation and consulting, business valuations, and bankruptcies. Prior to that, Charles was vice-president of a South Jersey real estate appraisal company. McCullough served for a number of years as Deputy Tax Assessor of Burlington Township in Burlington County, NJ.

George Westfall, MBA/CPA specializes in mergers and acquisitions professional with specific experience in all phases of the acquisition cycle including deal negotiations, due diligence, post-acquisition implementation and closure. Strong leadership skills applied to motivate the organization in the process.
Douglas H. Sell, Jr, CFE has over a decade of forensic accounting and economic damage experience. Prior to founding Economic Damage Advisory Services, LLC (EDAS), Mr. Sell worked as a consultant for nine years at a Philadelphia-based consulting firm that specialized in forensic and investigative accounting. Prior to his former position, Mr. Sell worked as a consultant for a large regionally-based accounting firm in their Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support Department for approximately two years.
